Sydney French Choir and Quebec songs !

Any Québécois interested in joining the Sydney French Choir ?  If yes, please can you help them with the choice of Quebec songs !

 

The Sydney French Choir (or SFC) is conducted by Ms Amandine Petit a French national who is highly qualified as a Musical Director and Singer with the Sydney Chamber Orchestra .SFC is "not for profit" initiative of the Sydney French Language Group formed in 2008. The SFC aims at combining Francophone choral art and music with the objective of fostering cultural exchange.

The SFC has performed at the Closing Ceremony of the Canadian Film Festival, La Fête de la Francophonie, La Fête de la Musique at Fox Studios and recently at "ChoirFest"; a high profile annual choir Festival held in Sydney.

Sydney French Choir is looking for singers to rehearse a diverse Francophone choral repertoire, including styles such as: Classic, Pop, Jazz, Cabaret, Barbershop and Alternative.

Term III 8 week rehearsal Program Starts on the 29th July 2009 ( Performance at end of term).

The Vocal Technique& Music Reading Workshop over 2 Saturday mornings will be held on the 1st and 8th August 2009.
