À date, j’ai reçu 50 RSVP et nous sommes le 20 juin !

Le nombre limite d’invités est de 80.  Alors dépêchez vous si vous voulez venir au party !

Prix d’entrée - $10 pour couvrir les frais d'organisation ainsi que pour payer les frais du Quebec Oz Club website.   Je viens de commander 100 balounes bleues et blanches et j’ai payé $190 (elles sont déjà soufflées à l’hélium]. Le prix d’entrée comprend les billets pour prix de présences !

Comme vous le savez, je ne charge pas de frais d'abonnement au club et j'assume toutes les dépenses personnellement.  Aussi,  je ne demande pas un pourcentage de ventes au propriétaire du restaurant comme le font d'autres organisateurs.

À propos du menu !

Quand je vous demande ce que vous voulez manger est que je fais un sondage avec vous pour aider le chef à planifier ses repas.  Vous pouvez commander ce que vous voulez le 24 juin !

Les portions seront dégustation/tapas et le prix est $12 par plat.

Vendredi, je suis allée au restaurant avec Alex.  Gert qui est un des Chefs et propriétaire a préparé des échantillons de tous les mets sur le menu.  Tout était parfait … il y a seulement des petits ajustements à faire.

Je vous rappelle ce qu’il y a sur le menu.  Si vous avez une diète spéciale, n’inquiétez vous pas, Gert va vous préparer un plat.

Tourtières avec patates pillées et sauce tomate

Quiche aux poireaux et gruyère servie avec salade

Schnitzels avec sauce aux champignons ou sauce au poivre

Pouding aux chômeurs avec sirop d'érable et crème glacé

Nous aurons de la bière Québécoise - STE-AMBROISE PALE ALE à $7 chaque.

Budvar Czech lager on tap $7

Essen Restaurant and Beer Café (au deuxième étage)

Vendredi le 24 juin à compter de 6pm

 Essen Restaurant est situé à Ultimo (près de la station Central et vous pouvez stationner au centre d'achat Broadway (3 heures gratuites).

L'adresse est 133-135 Broadway.  On va se sentir chez nous car il y a des skis et des raquettes à neige sur les murs.

The capacity of the room is 80 !  So hurry up if you want to come to the party !

Entry fee is $10.  This fee will cover the expenses for the night.  I also take the opportunity to raise money in order to pay the Quebec Oz Club website.  I just ordered 100 blue and white balloons and it cost me $190 (they are already inflated with helium and will be delivered at the party.  As you know, I don't charge a membership fee and I assume all the Club's expenses myself.  I also don't ask the restaurant owner to give me a percentage of my event's sale !

The reason why I ask you what you would like to eat is that I make a survey on behalf of the Chef so that he can prepare his food accordingly.  Please note that you can eat what you want on the night, I only want an indication of  what are the most popular dishes !  The chef can look after you if you have special dietary requirements.

It is located in Ultimo (near Central Station) and you can park at the shopping centre (Broadway).  The first 3 hours are free.

The address is 133-135 Broadway.  I reserved the second floor.  We will feel at home because there are skis and snow shoes on the walls.
