Essen style bread and butter

Christmas turkey breast with chestnut stuffing

Salmon with maple mustard glaze

Tourtière with home made relish

Sweet potato mash

Cauliflower with cheese

Red cabbage and pecan salad with maple syrup dressing

Pouding aux chômeurs with maple syrup and ice cream

Beverage are available at extra costs.

Bloody Caesars will also be available.

There will be Quebec music, Christmas decorations and door prizes.

Air Canada generously donated a pair of tickets for two to be raffled at the Christmas party. $10 per raffle ticket.

Only guests who attend the party can buy the tickets. Make sure that you attend the party because the odds of winning a trip to Canada will be very good.

The proceeds from the raffle will go towards paying the expenses of the party.
