21ième anniversaire du Québec Oz Club de Sydney

La plus grande célébration avec les amis du Québec Oz Club de Sydney sera samedi le 24 juin à compter de 6pm.

Le 24 juin sera le 22ième party avant même la fondation officielle du Québec Oz Club de Sydney en 1996.

Le Québec Oz Club a fait connaître la fameuse POUTINE en Australie, il y a 22 ans déjà.

Nous aurons exclusivement pour notre évènement des BAGELS du "Smoking Guns". Les propriétaires ont eu une formation du chef boulanger de St-Viateur bagels de Montréal qui est venu en Australie. Le four du nouveau café Smoking Guns a été construit par le maçon qui a fait les fours des St-Viateur bagels de Montréal.

La poutine sera servie avec du vrai fromage en grains.

Nous aurons de la musique Québécoise, bières et des surprises.

Nous travaillons encore sur le menu qui sera publié bientôt.

21st anniversary of the Quebec Oz Club of Sydney

The biggest celebration with friends of the Québec Oz Club of Sydney will be Saturday June 24th from 6pm. It will be the 22nd party which was before the official foundation of the Québec Oz Club of Sydney in 1996.

POUTINE with real cheese curd will be served and was introduced to the Australians by the Québec Oz Club of Sydney over 22 years ago!

This year, we will have on the menu (exlusively for our event) MONTREAL STYLE BAGELS from the Smoking Guns who recently opened a Montreal-style bagelry in Wooloomooloo. They flew expert stonemasons from Montreal to construct the wood-fire oven and received training from St-Viateur's head baker.

We are preparing the latest Québec music compilation, there will be Quebec beer and many surprises.

We are still preparing the menu that will be published shortly.
